CPSAHS Customer Acknowledgments: Cleo Property Service will only be responsible for post cleaning of Popcorn/Reno material. It is recommended that you Hire a professional Clean Company to clean after this process Cleo Property service will bag all trash and set on curb for county pick up. We are not responsible for trash disposal and will not take any trash with us unless paid to do so Cleo Property service will not be responsible for wall paint peeling after tape removal from wall but as a courtesy we will touch up paint the walls but client must provide the paint.

CPSAHS Customer Acknowledgments 2: Our Popcorn Removal cost is for non Painted Popcorn and or perlite Ceiling If upon arrival we determine that the popcorn ceiling is painted the customer will have the option of paying for the additional removal cost of $150 per room or we will refund the full amount

Home Store Purchase returns:

You can cancel an order and have a full refund issued anytime before a delivery tracking number is issued; once a tracking number is issued, the purchase is in transit. The buyer can still proceed with the cancellation, but we will deduct the delivery cancelation fee from the due refund once the purchased items are returned to us. If the items are delivered, it will be up to the purchaser to return the item to us so we can issue a refund. A full refund will be given, and a return label will be sent to the customer if the item shipped does not match the ordered item and or is damaged/ defective
