Description

Basic labor to frame ceiling  with favorable site conditions. Layout, fabricate and install conventional wood or metal framed using 2″x4″ studs spaced 16″ on center.. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

This Price includes all material needed to frame and close the new ceiling

Not included:

Electrical: separate  any relocating of electrical components will be charge additional

Prime and painting: this is the last step and will be charge separate

 

Price is  $5.85 Per foot
