Crown Molding Install (Only) $5.25 per linear feet (-200 feet or more )
Crown molding is typically installed at the intersection of walls and ceiling, but may also be used above doors, windows, or cabinets. Crown treatments made out of wood may be a single piece of trim, or a build-up of multiple components to create a more elaborate look. The main element, or the only in a plain installation, is a piece of trim that is sculpted on one side and flat on the other, with standard angles forming 90-degrees milled on both its top and bottom edges. When placed against a wall and ceiling a triangular void is created behind it. Cutting inside and outside corners requires complex cuts at standard angles, typically done with powered compound miter saws that feature detents at these angles to aid the user.

We at CPSAHS try our best to make home repairs and upgrade easy by providing upfront guaranteed pricing, but in some cases an on site inspection is needed to determine the cost and best course of action prior to planning a project.
We charge a basic inspection fee that will be credited to your final bill if you decided to allow us to perform the work requested.
Our site inspections are valid for 3 months after which the inspection fee will not be credited to the final bill
Knock Down Texture Concret Ceiling Pre Room ($285)
Knockdown texture is a drywall /concrete finishing style. It is a mottled texture, more intense than a simple flat finish, but less intense than orange peel, or popcorn, texture.
Knockdown texture is created by watering down joint compound to a soupy consistency. A trowel is then used to apply the joint compound. The joint compound will begin to form stalactites as it dries. The trowel is then run over the surface of the drywall, knocking off the stalactites and leaving the mottled finish.
Knockdown texture reduces construction costs because it conceals imperfections in the drywall/concrete that normally require higher more expensive stages of sand and prime for drywall installers.
