Basic Ceiling light Install

Description

Cost to replace old ceiling fixture with new fixture  Basic fixtures only Flush Mount, Pendants, Drums, Chandeliers  

Cost includes material needed to perform and complete the job.

Site preparation: disconnect and remove existing fixture. Inspect area for damages or electrical burns. Assemble new fixtures and connect power supply, attach new fixture to ceiling. Power and test. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Replacing with similar size/weight fixture

Some fixtures are light weight and can be attached to the ceiling with a basic junction box, anchored into the drywall,or stud, but if your new Fixture is heavier than the old one, you might need to create a support system to hold the weight of the new fixture although this is not normally the case but needs to be mentioned, as creating the support for heavier fixture is not included and will be additional time and cost to. Another possible issue is the new fixture’s metal base is smaller than the old metal base, if so this might require ceiling drywall repair and or touch paint which is not part of the basic install

Site inspection fees are not refundable.
The fee will be deducted from the final install cost once our tech has determined the best course of action, and you the customer have agreed the the repair .
