Description
Price is based of house floor square foot
This is a description of basic labor required to paint an exterior surface under favorable site conditions. The first step is to prepare the area by protecting the ground, plants, and shrubs and masking areas as needed. Loose paint is then removed, small cracks are filled in, areas are spot primed, and edges and gaps are caulked. The next step is to prime the walls, trims, and exterior door, including garage doors. Finally, the desired colors and sheens are chosen for the wall and trim and then painted using proper planning, equipment, and material acquisition. Once the job is complete, the area is cleaned up and all equipment is removed.
