Interior Painting

Refresh your space with Cleo Property Service. Our interior painting is $2.25 per floor square foot of the space being painted and includes preparation supplies, paint, and the materials needed to complete the job. We use products from Behr, PPG, Glidden, and Sherwin-Williams.

The service covers walls, doors, baseboards, and trim within the space being painted. Choose a flat, satin, or eggshell finish; we use latex-based paint and primer-in-one products where appropriate. Ceilings are not included—please tell us if you’d like yours painted too.

Share photos, dimensions, surface details, and your preferred finish. We’ll confirm the scope, materials, and final price in writing before scheduling work.
